Gluten-Free Cheesecakes
We are now proud to announce that we have developed a new MADDALENAS GLUTEN FREE CHEESECAKE! The response has been tremendous — we have had to double our baking and are working hard to keep up with demand.
As with all Maddalena products, we use the finest natural ingredients, from the highest quality cream cheese, fresh eggs and pure bourbon vanilla. You will not taste the difference between the original product and our new gluten-free product. Every bite is full of creamy goodness, baked according to the exact process created 30-years ago by our founder, Chef Gene Maddalena, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Available in several delicious flavors, a cheesecake is a wonderful dessert to treat your family at home or as a special gift to bring to a friend.
To best meet the commitment of providing a gluten-free product, the gluten-free cakes replace our traditional graham cracker crust with a new gluten-free graham-style crust. Honoring our 30-year commitment to quality, we have made the following pledge:

Although wheat products and nuts are used in our facility,
we strive to maintain separation and handling practices
that will ensure a pure product for the benefit of our customers.
Here are the ingredients in our new Graham Style GLUTEN FREE CRUST:
Pea starch, non hydrogenated shortening (palm fruit and/or canola), potato starch, brown rice flour, brown sugar, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch, water, rice bran, sugar, blackstrap molasses, honey, glucose, salt, sodium bicarbonate p
ea protein, vanilla, sodium carboxy methylcellulose, pea fiber, guar gum, insulin, soy lecithin, mono calcium phosphate.
Maddalenas Gluten-Free Cheesecakes are available in the following flavors;
