For over 40 years, we have been making award-winning desserts at our Home of Deliciousness in Ringoes, New Jersey. This sweet journey began when Gene Maddalena, the patriarch of our family-owned business, created the original cheesecake recipe that we still use to this day. We make each cheesecake with 100% Real Dairy, pure Bourbon vanilla extract from Madagascar, and other top-notch ingredients.
Presently, we make over 12 different cheesecake flavors, which include gluten-free and no-sugar-added options. In recent years, we have created other desserts like our apple crumb pie, chookies, and cheesecake-on-a-stick. You will find our delicious desserts at our storefront market, regional restaurants, local stores, as well as at festivals, fairs, and private events.
