Frequently Asked Questions


How far in advance should we book our fundraiser?
We recommend booking about 5 weeks in advance. Once your delivery or pick-up date is scheduled, we need 3 weeks to produce your order. This gives your group plenty of time to run a successful sale.


How long does a fundraiser run?
Most groups run their sale for 1–2 weeks. That’s the sweet spot for keeping excitement high and making it easy for supporters to commit.


Do supporters pick up their orders or do we deliver?
Your delivery date is scheduled when you book your fundraiser. If your group meets the $750. delivery minimum is met, we’ll bring the order to you. If not, no problem — orders can be picked up instead. We’ll walk you through everything so it’s simple.


When do we get paid?
Your team collects the full sale price from your supporters as orders are placed. When you submit your final order and payment to us, you keep your profit. Check out the form for more information. Simple!


Is it hard to run?
Not at all — we’ve made it easy, we provide order forms, tracking sheets to keep you organized, images, and ready-to-share messaging to help you promote your fundraiser with confidence.

For over 40 years, we have been making our award-winning desserts at our Home of Deliciousness in Ringoes, New Jersey. We proudly serve clients across Pennington, NJ. This sweet journey began when Gene Maddalena, the patriarch of our family-owned business, created the original cheesecake recipe that we still use to this day. We make each cheesecake with the finest ingredients, which include 100% Real Dairy and pure Bourbon vanilla extract from Madagascar.
