As a Type 1 Diabetic, it can be a challenge to find low carb desserts that don't spike my blood sugar and still taste good. Maddalenas Low Carb Cheesecake is better than good, it is incredible. The consistency of the cake matches the traditional version, and the almond crust is slightly nutty and gives you the feel of a graham cracker crust, but none of the carbs. I can only hope that they will make more of their famous Cheesecakes Low carb!

Like a fool, I've been driving past this lovely bakery for 10 years without stopping in. I finally tried their classic cheesecake and holy moly, it's the best cheesecake I've ever had. If you're in the area, or not in the area but want something delicious, go to Maddalena's.

It has been an absolute pleasure planning a fundraiser with Maddalena. We had delays from our end due to our school but Gina was always so understanding! She moved our date with no hesitation, provided all the forms, and even suggested using samples to draw more sales. I’m very happy I took the drive. Not only did parents get to try the cheesecakes but their location has so much to offer!

I visited for the first time and cannot believe I didn’t go sooner! They have GF items, loved the shepherds pie. The chocolate chip cookies are insane! And best of all, the rich and delectable cheesecake! I’m forever a fan!

Just sitting here thinking about Maddalenas. I used to eat a slice of their Turtle Cheesecake every night. I still vividly remember the taste even though I don't think I've had any for over 25 years. Alas, now I live on the other side of the country and I don't think they ship the cheesecakes, so who knows if I'll ever get a chance to have more.
